The EU4Digital Initiative is holding its third annual Steering Committee Meeting from 27 September to 1 October, with a series of virtual sessions reviewing the digital policy agenda and results achieved, as well as upcoming priorities.
The week-long event will start on 27 September with the “Digital conference for the Eastern Partnership”, addressing issues ranging from high speed internet to digital business and start-up ecosystems, online trade, and EdTech to digitally empower citizens. The second day will start with a presentation of the results achieved so far under the EU4Digital Initiative, with an afternoon session on the launch of the spectrum digital highways interconnection between Moldova, Ukraine and European partners, which is led by the EaPConnect2 project.
Thematic sessions will take place over the remaining three days of the week, highlighting the status and plans ahead under the six EU4Digital topics: Telecom rules, eTrade, Digital Trust and Cyber security, Digital Skills, Digital Innovation and start-up ecosystems, and eHealth.
