On 31 October, young people interested in the opportunity of a career or growth prospects in the IT field are invited to attend ICT Career Orientation in Chisinau, Moldova’s largest professional orientation event in the field of Information and Communication Technology.
The event is aimed at all young people studying in the field of Information Technology and Communications in higher education and technical institutions and technical. ICT Career Orientation will take place at Tekwill in Chisinau, starting from 8.30am to 1.30pm.
The 10th edition of the event comes with a record number of career orientation sessions, master classes and practical workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to discover the latest trends in the industry, to find out more details about various career directions in the IT field, what opportunities for internships and employment are currently available and what steps to take to access them.
The event will take place in two parts: Career orientation sessions/practical workshops on topical topics, moderated by professionals with extensive experience in IT companies; and the ICT Job Shop, during which participants will be able to discuss directly with the potential employers and find out what are the conditions of employment, job offers, and internship opportunities.

Over 800 young people participated in last year’s edition of the event.
ICT Career Orientation is organised by the National Association of ICT Companies in partnership with the Technical University of Moldova, with the support of the United States Agency for International Development and of Sweden within the ‘Tekwill’ Project.
