An EU4Digital presentation to a panel discussion focussed on the EaP region at the Global Blockchain Congress in Malaga on 13 November 2019. The presentation on ‘Digital innovations, blockchain and scale-ups in emerging markets’ was an opportunity for EU4Digital to deliver the vision about the region to the Convergence Congress participants.
