
A study on ICT innovation and start-up ecosystems in the Easter Partnership Countries, drawing lessons from success stories in the EU and key third countries.
The study:
- assessed the needs of different ecosystems in the Partner Countries, including the needs for skills, talent, competences and investment;
- issued recommendations at national level and at EaP regional level, for promoting ecosystem development;
- mapped the stakeholders of the partners’ ecosystems and incorporated them into Start-up Europe web-based platforms;
- specified a common training package for addressing the needs of the main groups of ecosystem stakeholders in the Partner Countries.
The study was produced by the EU-funded project ‘Short term high quality studies to support activities under the Eastern Partnership – HiQSTEP’
