
The EU4Digital Insights report on the independence of National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) in Eastern partner countries provides a high-level overview of the legislative gap assessment exercise in all Eastern partner countries, including key gaps in light of relevant EU regulatory framework, as well as main insights per selected criteria assessment.
The exercise was performed as a part of EU4Digital activities in the area of independence assessment of NRAs of electronic communications, in order to enable Eastern partner countries to strengthen independence of NRAs.
Findings and observations provided in the report were made in cooperation with national experts who are members of the Eastern Partnership Electronic Communications Regulators Network (EaPeReg).
