A study assessing the readiness of digital markets in the Eastern Partner Countries for harmonisation with the EU’s Digital Single Market.
The study report evaluates the level of digital market infrastructures, regulation and electronic services development in the Eastern Partnership Countries in paperless trade (eTrade) procedures and in electronic logistics (eLogistics) operations. It also targets facilitation of the homogenisation of the Partners’ national systems for eTrade and eLogistics, including Digital Transport Corridors, in line with relevant EU norms and practices.
The study was produced by the EU-funded project ‘Short term high quality studies to support activities under the Eastern Partnership – HiQSTEP’
