First EU4Digital Academy digital skills course is open!
EU4Digital Facility invites citizens and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ukraine to register for the first course available in the new EU4Digital Academy digital learning programme. The user-friendly ‘eCommerce in EU Marketplaces’ online course is useful for learners who have no prior knowledge about eCommerce and want to start their journey, or who are already selling products online in their own country but who want to also sell in the European Union (EU).

ICT investment opportunities highlighted in EU-Moldova investment event
EU4Digital Facility supported the European Commission in organising a Digital and ICT sector session during the ‘EU-Moldova Private Sector Mobilisation Mission’ launch event in Chisinau on 10 April 2024. New EU4Digital activity supports Eastern Partnership innovation clusters
EU4Digital Facility has launched a new framework for activities to support innovation clusters in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region. These coalitions of start-ups, small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs), research and knowledge dissemination organisations, not-for-profits and other related economic actors stimulate innovation, share knowledge and support collaboration, contributing to technological and economic development. EU4Digital’s new innovation cluster activities are part of the ICT Innovation thematic area, which connects EaP and EU start-up ecosystems in line with the Facility’s wider goals to harmonise the regions’ digital markets.

EU initiative mentoring Georgian women in technology follows EU4Digital guidance
The European Union launched a ‘Women Mentorship in Tech Programmes’ project in Georgia on 22 March 2024, to be implemented by the Business and Technology University (BTU), based in Tbilisi. This €2 million initiative builds on work and guidance from the EU-funded EU4Digital Facility and is an important step towards strengthening Georgia’s human resources and women's involvement in the digital field.
