The Information Technology and Cyber Security Servicein partnership with the Technical University of Moldova is organising the first edition of the Security Espresso Moldova conference, a one-day security and hacking event on information security control.The event takes place in Chisinau on 14 September.
The existence of computer system vulnerabilities and cyber security incidents highlights the importance of security events such as Security Espresso Moldova, which aims to address broad topics in the IT field as well as to provide solutions and measures for protection against existing risks and threats.
Students, developers, security professionals and all those who want to keep up with the trends and news in the field of security are expected on September 14 for an exchange of experience and best practices in the field of IT, but also for the strengthening of cooperation and collaboration in the future.
Several topics related to information security will be discussed, including: Offensive and defensive security strategies, malware and protection measures.
The organizers set out to spice up the event with an IT Security (Capture The Flag) competition where competitors will be tested in areas such as: Penetration Testing, Cryptography, Programming, Social Engineering, but also ingenuity!
