Genesis spearheaded the programme, which consisted of six online webinars and independent study sessions. Notably, one of the lectures, delivered by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, focused on team management approaches and emphasised the importance of continual learning and development.
Course participants received relevant, innovative and interactive learning materials, acquiring practical skills and learning about:
work organisation in IT product companies;
the different specialists involved in the creation of products;
the stages of product creation and how to interact with users;
methods of user analysis and team interaction.
After completing the programme, participants are free to teach the course to their students.

The online system of Ukraine-wide educational courses is being developed by Genesis, together with the Product IT Foundation for Education and online education studio EdEra, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. More than 10,000 students have learned the skills of creating, developing and marketing IT products since 2022. Due to the availability of high-quality training, young IT specialists have become more motivated to work in Ukraine. More than 100,000 students are expected to take the new courses over the next 5 years.
