The project began in 2020 and was designed to facilitate training courses tailored to the demand of market specialists. High-tech companies compete to provide training courses. Successful companies are obliged to provide employment contracts to participants who successfully complete training. The competition had a total budget of 170 million Armenian Drams.
The first stage of ‘University-Private Sector Cooperation for Training Specialists’ is due to be completed 1 August 2024. ‘BSC Business Support Center‘ LLC was successful in winning the competition to conduct training courses for men and women from Yerevan and regions, at intermediate and beginner levels. Five hundred participants who applied and passed the exam stage took part in the courses.
Courses for another 850 people are planned in the second stage of the project and will be provided by ‘BSC Business Support Center,’ ‘Bootcamp,’ and ‘EGEA’ LLC companies. Participants will have the opportunity to find a job in sectorial organisations or progress their careers at their workplace.
The completion of the project is scheduled for 1 October 2024.
