On 28-29 October, a TAIEX Workshop on cybersecurity professionals’ partnership and information sharing capabilities takes place in the Moldovan capital Chisinau.
The aim of the workshop is to consolidate the capacities of the General Police Inspectorate in order to prevent and combat cybercrimes by creating a cybersecurity community.
It will gather EU and Moldovan professionals from different government and other critical sectors, in order to discuss and build professional relationships to create a partnership at national level.
The workshop will also provide practical guidance on cybersecurity incident management, and help mapping the necessary skills and training required, including on responsible information sharing, and on establishing the roles of each institution to prevent and combat occurrences of cybercrime.
The event is organised by the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX) in cooperation with the General Police Inspectorate at the Moldovan Ministry of Internal Affairs.
