The EU-funded EU4DigitalUA project and collaboration partners from the Ombudsman Office and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine developed Ukraine’s first guidelines on the protection of human rights and the right to privacy in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The guidelines document, ‘Human rights in the era of Artificial Intelligence: challenges and legal regulation’ is a methodical document that discusses the impacts of cutting-edge AI technologies and approaches to its legal regulation. It also offers recommendations on managing the intellectual system in accordance with national legislation and international standards.
