Moldova’s Information Technology and Cyber Security Service (STISC) has said it is taking the necessary measures in the face of the coronavirus epidemic to ensure that public services can continue to operate smoothly, including through remote working.

The STISC said it would ensure the uninterrupted provision of telecommunication services (Internet, Intranet, e-mail) for all public authorities, as well as the administration and management of the MCloud platform, the electronic signature service, the government service of electronic payments, and the maintenance of government web pages.

Using the electronic signature issued by STISC, civil servants will be able to electronically sign various documents through the MSign Service (msign.gov.md) and organise the electronic circuit of these documents at institutional or inter-institutional level.
