Supporting Excellence in National Research and Education: conference in Moldova

On 3 October, the Republic of Moldova will host a conference on research and education. Entitled ‘RENAM E-infrastructure – Supporting Excellence in National Research and Education’. The event is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Research and Educational Networking Association of Moldova (RENAM).
This event is a significant opportunity for participants to learn about the newest developments and successful projects in the area of research and educational networking, and e-Infrastructures, to get into contact with experts in the field, as well as to network with colleagues and to meet new collaborators.
The conference will be held in the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, and organised with the support of the EU funded EaPConnect project.
The EaPConnect project aims to create a regional research and education network in the EU’s Eastern Partner countries namely Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The overall objective is to decrease the digital divide, improve intra-regional connectivity and facilitate the participation of local scientists, students and academics in global research and education collaborations.
