EU4Digital eCommerce accelerator kicks off National Pavilion Account pilot
The EU4Digital Facility is excited to announce the official kick-off of its national pavilion account pilot activity. This eTrade initiative aims to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from participating countries with an opportunity to test their products in the EU market, increase cross-border sales, and potentially create a base for further project development in their respective countries.

The personal touch: Ukrainian wood company polishes its eCommerce strategy
“Wood is the all-time best material for making goods,” says Volodymyr Popovych, founder of ‘LIGNO’ in Western Ukraine. His company specialises in making wood products mostly from beech, oak, ash, maple, alder and walnut. It produces and sells everything from basic kitchenware and tiny accessories to furniture and building materials. These products have already been available on the EU marketplace, but, thanks to personalised support offered in the EU4Digital eCommerce consultations centre, LIGNO has polished up its eCommerce strategy and aims to carve out a larger slice of the market.

Invitation to Ukrainian SMEs: apply for ITC-supported EU4Digital eCommerce training!
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ukraine are invited to apply for supported participation in the EU4Digital eCommerce consultations centre programme. Following the success of an initial collaboration between EU4Digital Facility and the International Trade Centre (ITC) to support these activities, the organisations are delighted to announce renewed cooperation. As a result, there is a new opportunity for 11 more Ukrainian companies to benefit from eCommerce training and consultations.

Ukrainian doormats gaining European customers with EU4Digital and ITC support
Does your doormat spark joy? Ukrainian company PJSC Dubno Plant of Rubber and Technical Goods (RTG) is one of the largest manufacturers of certified rubber products in Europe. Its sub-brand Artimat sells colourful and custom mats that have become increasingly popular in European marketplaces. Using the services of the EU4Digital eCommerce consultations centre has been a significant factor in reaching and resonating with a wider customer base.

EU4Digital and ITC boost cross-border eCommerce of Ukrainian SMEs
The EU4Digital Facility and the International Trade Centre (ITC) are happy to announce a collaboration that gives five small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ukraine access to the EU4Digital eCommerce consultations centre. Thanks to ITC financing, in April 2023 the number of SMEs participating in the centre’s programme of training and consultation activities has been boosted from 30 to 35.

eCommerce consultation centre launches with introductory marketplace training
The EU4Digital eCommerce consultations centre will provide practical training and consultations, enabling 30 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Eastern Partnership to register and sell their products on major marketplaces. The ultimate aim of the centre is to scale up for a larger number of EaP SMEs and support a 50% increase in EU-EaP cross-border eCommerce. This journey began on 16 March 2023, when the eTrade stream launched the eCommerce consultations centre and a first training session was completed.

EU4Digital eCommerce accelerator kicks off activities for EaP SMEs
SMEs in the EaP region can benefit from solutions offered by the EU4Digital eCommerce accelerator. EaP stakeholders learned about these opportunities in an online event on 14 February 2013. The EU4Digital Facility eTrade stream organised the occasion as part of renewed activities in Facility Phase II and to kick off the eCommerce accelerator, which runs until the end of this year.
