Cybersecurity is a national priority in the Republic of Moldova; two new national cybersecurity organisations were launched during the first Moldova Cybersecurity Forum, on 9 February 2024. More than 1000 experts, officials, professionals and students participated in the event.

The ‘uResidency’ electronic residency programme will permit foreigners to register a business in Ukraine from anywhere in the world. The programme will offer an array of automated online services for entrepreneurs.

Ukraine’s ‘Diia’ state app will soon offer comprehensive digital services for businesses. The upcoming feature, called ‘e-Entrepreneur’, will allow citizens to access everything they need to start or develop a business on their smartphones.
